Connectors which process non-indexable documents (e.g. those that represent
directories) should call IProcessActivity.noDocument() for each such document
which has a version string. Otherwise, incremental behavior will not be
possible for these documents.
Affected connectors: File system connector, livelink connector, hdfs connector,
sharepoint connector.
