Hi Mingchun,
Publishing the website is an automated process, and there is a wiki page for it
too. But typically we only update it after a release is made.
There are actually two bodies of documentation to think about:
(1) The release documentation, under
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/manifoldcf/trunk/site, and
(2) The site pages, under ttps://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/manifoldcf/site/trunk
The release documentation is part of every ManifoldCF release. The site pages
refer to multiple ManifoldCF releases.
So, to complete this ticket, please just check in the Chinese release
documentation pages into trunk. After that's done, and when there's an RC0
available, then we can look at updating the ManifoldCF site itself to include
Chinese.
