David Morana commented on CONNECTORS-1016:
------------------------------------------
I forgot to mention that when the owner Id is null; in the permissions object
the userid and/or the groupid are both set to -3
> Livelink connector stops on error when there is no document owner

> Here's the error:
> Error: Error retrieving user -3: status=401101 (LAPI status code: 401101;
> LAPI status message: Could not locate specified user. )
> Cause:
> Due to end user error, there are 780 documents and folders that have no owner
> or owner group or both. We're working to fix this on the OpenText end and we
> also need Manifold to handle this gracefully.
> If there is no owner or owner group, I guess MCF can just ignore it.
> It would be great if a note could be made in the log with object ID of the
> offfending doc or folder.
> I'm not sure how that will affect the security tokens though.
> As long as a null owner or group is skipped and does NOT allow a "no
> security" token in the ACL then I guess we're good.
> What are your thoughts? Is there a better solution?
