Hi Edgardo,
Migration/upgrade from 1.6.1 to 1.7 is automatic. On a single-process
example-like installation, just start ManifoldCF and the tables will all be
upgraded. On a multi-process example-like installation, run initialize.bat or
initialize.sh.
