I'm really not sure what is going on with this ticket. Field name mapping is
well supported elsewhere in MCF, so we don't have a strong need to do this. On
the other hand, if there is a "standard mapping", which can always be applied,
then I see no reason not to include that implementation. So I guess I'm
waiting for a patch to appear.
