The user reports that changing their job to use mime type in the filter list
instead of extensions did not fix the problem.
[~kishorekumar], if you are satisfied that what the user tried on their system
works properly on yours, I'm happy to conclude that something is just seriously
wrong with how they upgraded their livelink.
