Fix For: ManifoldCF 2.2
Since users have to create new core with identified name from 5x, we have to
input tentative dummy name to core/collection name in this connection to avoid
empty name. Otherwise, the OOTB ingestion fails. Nevertheless, SolrPing has
passed without core name.
