[~toramanan] I want to clarify one thing :
Real Partial update doesn't exist in Solr/Lucene so far.
Updating parts of Documents is under the hood :
1) retrieving the original stored content from the doc ( only the stored, so if
you have not stored some field, you are going to lose it !)
2) update the Doc ( add - set or remove)
3) index again the whole Doc.
Furthermore Abe is correct as well, if a Document in the original Datasource is
changed, the RepoConnector will process again the whole doc.
