Summary: Very difficult to find issue tracker from website

The website does not make it easy to find the issue tracker for ManifoldCF.
It's not listed on the main page as a separate item, nor under "Resources".
One has to guess that it might be found under "Resources/Developer/Integrator
Resources". And on that page the link is buried under a link with the generic
name 'here', which only links to the main JIRA page.
Furthermore, the page says to look for "Be sure to select the "Lucene Connector
Framework" project. (This project name may change in the future to Apache
Connectors Framework.)" However that is not actually its name.
It would be much better if there was a prominent link to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CONNECTORS/
Also it's not mentioned on the contribution page:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CONNECTORS/HowToContribute
