When fetching attachments from confluence the fetch fails with the following
message logged

[Processing] Failed to get attachment
https://confluence.myserver.com:443//confluence//rest/api/content/att100008061?expand=body.view,metadata.labels,space,history,version.
Error: Confluence error. 404 Not Found}}
In this case, I'm hitting confluence version 6.4 but the double slashes are
what causes the failure and they are produced by manifold.
(version 6.0.4 but note that the mangled URL is built by Manifold)
