Description:
I set "Recrawl interval" and "Reseed interval" from Schedular tab of email
connector as "1" . Then I debug the mcf code and saw "job.getInterval()" as
60000.

I set "Recrawl interval" from Schedular tab of email connector job's edit page
as 1000. Then I debug the mcf code and saw "job.getInterval()" as 60000.
