Hi [~daddywri],
I have committed the change with re-indent of Velocity code and update
Copyright info to use Velocity comments.
Once we identify while porting all connectors to new UI, we may modify and push
the outline and store collapse state to *mcf.js*
Please let me know if you have found any other issues.
