Ah, good news, I was finally able to reproduce this here using the following 
steps:

- create a filesystem output connection
- create a tika connection
- create a filesystem repository connection
- create a job that uses all three
- try to save (doesn't do anything)
- delete the tika connection from the job
- try to save (this time it works)

It looks like a javascript error in the Tika connector part of the UI.  I also 
suspect you have some caching issues in your browser, but that's to be proven.
