What about this process. 1) Find a modern new static site generator like Jekyll. [1] 2) Create a template 3) Start to use it in a specific path like https://manifoldcf.apache.org/*new* 4) Migrate our Forrest xml's to Markdown (we can automate this somehow) 5) Start to serve our new site on root path
