Hi [~magoodeepak], to redevelop the MCF connector for SharePoint is a
multi-man-month job, even under the best of conditions. There are tickets open
already proposing specific ways forward but all of these require that the major
heavy lifting be done by somebody who has time to invest in changing the
connector from web services to REST. There is no guarantee that such a
connector will work entirely, for ManifoldCF, since the places we have had
difficulties with Microsoft's APIs in the past had to do with fetching user
ACLs, so after considerable investment we might find ourselves blocked anyway.
If you would like to undertake development I would be happy to assist, but be
aware that all of us are volunteers and we all work full time on projects
unrelated to MCF.
