But if you installed from a downloaded binary, I'd suggest the following
process:
(1) Download the source distribution, and the lib distribution
(2) Overlay the lib distribution into the source distribution, as per the
instructions in the readme
(3) Apply the patch
(4) Build with ant (ant build at the top level)
(5) Your new binary image can then be found in the "dist" folder.
