When using SolrJ 7.4.0 the Solr output connector is not able to delete
documents because of a runtime exception
The reason is because the
org.apache.manifoldcf.agents.output.solr.ModifiedHttpSolrClient class uses the
org.apache.solr.client.solrj.request.RequestWriter.LazyContentStream class
(line 231), which does not exist anymore in SolrJ
