Tested and allowing lowercasing.
Problem now with client on IIS:
Links on page read in mixed case and then lower cased, do not exist in
lowercase.
So [http://client.com/insideCLIENT/home.aspx,] does not equal
[http://client.com/insideclient/home.aspx.]
