When the Team Drives feature of Google Drive is used, there is no way to have
the content read by Google Drive Connector, as already discussed at

I have this already "fixed" in my github fork at
https://github.com/douglascrp/manifoldcf/tree/release-2.10-changed
I would like to contribute to the project if you guys find this an useful
improvement.
