{{mod_proxy}} comes with HTTPd. In fact, it comes in different flavors:
{{mod_proxy_http}}, {{mod_proxy_ajp}}, etc. The bug is in {{mod_proxy_*}}.Yann
Ylavic fixed it for {{mod_proxy_http}} for now.
