I created two different jobs: the first one for creating the Docker image from
the dist folder; the other one for creating the Docker image building from the
source code.
Currently we have available images from versions 2.26 to 2.17 and then 1.10.
Starting from 2.16 there are issues related to missing Maven artifacts such as
Embedded Mongo and H2.
