Some updates here:
* A brand new GitHub workflow named Publish Snapshot Artifacts for publishing
Maven snapshot artifacts against the Apache Nexus and it's triggered on any new
commit in the master branch
* There also is an equivalent GitHub Workflow for publishing release artifacts
named Publish Release Artifacts.
I have updated the wiki page about this change:

Currently you can see the ManifoldCF 2.27-SNAPSHOT correctly deployed in the
Apache Repository:

Now I'm going to finalize the GitHub actions for publishing the Docker Image.
