That is kinda the point I was making.  It is also why I tend to call 
open source by these terms: software libre; or FLOSS; or FOSS; or 
free open source software; but I only use the term "free software" 
when speaking with GNUsters.  

I do have a problem with the English lang phrase "free software" for 
just that reason.

of FLOSS is always rising.
