I have been thinking about doing a podcast or just implement an audioblog,
I thought podcasts were primarily MP3s. Also, podcast = audioblog ? Most podcasters that I have spoken to or read about use a microphone, put it on their computer and then add it to their RSS syndication file. I know you can do this as you have audio for some online training :)
but I
havent found any open source audio blogger that I can just put up.
If you have a blog at blogger.com you can use http://audioblogger.com/
I guess I can just program the module to upload files next to the blogging admin panel.
There are a couple of places that I know of that you can upload your podcasts, a sort of aggregator for podcasts. You simply provide the link to people.

Also in Germany, but in English: http://rapidshare.de/en/main.html
You can upload files as big as 20Mb, get a URL for the download page. The files get deleted after 30 days if no one downloaded them.
