I've been asking myself the same question. I really dislike the idea of having just a tiny group of people have write access to any given project website and have to go through seven layers of approval to get anything changed. Just grab the stupid files and upload them. I've you've been around this list for more than 10 hours :) I'm sure you've seen people complain that nothing gets done around here.
