Another way it manifests itself: We were trying to make an update to the home page. That was about 6 weeks ago. We did lots of work and we had something great done. Then came the time to argue... we spent weeks arguing, it was endless... eventually everyone agreed that we were sick of arguing and we wanted to go ahead with what we had, that it was good. Louis' response: "I think this can still be debated some more" That was 3 weeks ago. They are still debating. Meanwhile, the original contributors have all given up in frustration.
