Linda just printed them off for me and mailed them. You can get a "kit" to print business cards. I hear it's pretty cheap, but I didn't ask for the exact cost.
Adam, if you have a colour printer (inkjet or laser), you can buy a pack of business card stock paper at OfficeMax or similar for around US$10-$12 for 25 sheets (=250 cards) or around $30 for 100 sheets (=1000 cards) and print your own. I use the "house brand" (not Avery or some name brand, which costs more). The rest of the cost is whatever ink or toner your printer uses.
(Of course, you can also print on a black-only laser printer if you don't require the nice blue of the OOo logo.)
