I cant remember where I saw it either... It was talking about servers, the 
article (if I could find it) would be at least two years old by now, but I 
remember it stated that you needed one administrator for roughly every 5 or 
so Windows 2000 servers, but a single person could successfully administer up 
to 20 or more Linux servers...
