I'm very very pleased to see that the OOo approach has been to stress the positive benefits of the product. I, for example, use OOo 2.0 not just because it's free (as in beer) but because in some key respects (PDF output which is critical to me) it is a superior product.

I like what you wrote. It is okay that there is a "religious" ferver involved in the FLOSS movement, but that is not what makes everyone's boats float. Having OOo enthusiasts singing different tunes would do us good and attract new users/converts.Mark Harrison Capitalist and OpenSource Developer
