Hallo Daniel, all,

yes, you can setup Wiki system for example as a quick document editing
software, which is very easy to understand. The first thing is - system
should be easiest as much as possible. People are not willing to learn
IssueZilla or any other system (CVS), which is hard to learn for them and
time wasting ... It's very easy for me, as a developer, but I can't imagine
that I'll learn my mother or any other person how to use CVS, IssueZilla,
... These people are perfect writers for example, but they haven't enough
computer skills.

> Indeed. Another aspect of this is just communicating with the community.

This is the main aspect of the leadership. Leader should be visible, leader
have to handle all these ugly things and leader have to prepare easiest
environment for volunteers. Leader is not here to do hard work on all
materials, leader is here to handle the environment, people, volunteers,
...

Just a small note - my arguments aren't personal and I appreciate all
work you are doing. I'm just trying to help to create better environment
for volunteers. Do you know the 'You've got the mail' movie? It's not
personal, it's just business ;-)
