Seed funding is available to implement the NZ govt's "The Digital Strategy" (http://www.digitalstrategy.govt.nz/), see: http://www.digitalstrategy.govt.nz/templates/Page____188.aspx
"The Digital Strategy was launched on 16 May 2005 and is a blueprint for action. It provides a clear view of the future we want to create and a plan for how we will get there. It puts in place a structure against which to evaluate our progress and will ensure we meet our longer-term goals."
Appears to be mostly for access, but some funds available for other projects. Perhaps assisting non-profit orgs, education, small business, or Maori localisation ?
