Thats why you get the JDK from sun's website. Or wait for Breezy to come
out, and give you the gcj-compiled version of OOo2

The dependency there is that compilers by default, to get all the swanky
java stuff, need to be gcc-4. A lot of distributions have shyed away
from that, but worry not, Fedora Core 4 will include it
