The visibility of OOo could be increased, albeit slightly, if the EU were
encouraged to publish material in OpenDocument or use OOo to create PDF
and put either or both along side the current MS-Word 8.0 documents.
One prime candidate to start with would be the eEurope "An Information
Society for All" project:
