This is amazing. Originally, MA had declared Microsoft formats as "open"
and ignored ODF completely (they just didn't know about it). And now,
thanks to a group of courageous FOSS volunteers, they've turned around
and made ODF central and removed .doc from the list.
*THAT* is what I call a success story.
I'd like to thank Gary Edwards for his excellent work in helping the
right people understand the issues. We also owe a debt of gratitude to
Pamela Jones. I will write to her to say thank you.
