I'm sure Microsoft is going to hit back hard, looks like no Labor Day vacation for some people. :) Daniel and whoever was in contact with them might want to stay in contact with them over time. Maybe we can offer to do some research for them on what software out there provides the OpenDocument format. I know your not in MA anymore Daniel, but maybe you can e-mail him and ask them if there is any way we can help them move forward afterwards.
