Hang on a moment, how has a challenge (not a victory) by Microsoft in
one particular State, representing a population significantly smaller
than that of Belgium, represent a "proof"?

I assume, therefore, that the victory of Lotus 123 in gaining some major
US clients in the early 1900s demonstrated to you that Microsoft Excel
was completely irrelevant?
