For the people having joined the voting there should be a result -
but perhaps you could tell me, what I did wrong (besides the
complicated voting system).

You did nothing wrong Bernhard. The "Vote for official positioner
(slogan) reopened" discussion thread inviting people to vote for a
positioner was buried amongst a lot of discussion that if it was to be
discussed on OpenOffice.org was more appropriate to discuss@ or social@

[email protected] (this list) is "Similar to that of
development projects, tasks and activities are discussed here to
complement activities submitted and tracked in IssueTracker and our ToDo
List."

The positioner/slogan discussion and voting is an important activity and
very much relevant and on topic for this list.

I was waiting for others to comment and vote before I posted, then the
lists slowed ...

May I suggest that now the lists are starting to flow, that the voting
and discussion continues this week until Friday 2 December.

So if you haven't voted or offered an opinion, please review
http://marketing.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=21704
and offer them up before Friday.
