Dear Sir/Madam,
 
FOSSFA in collaboration with United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) will hold an exhibition to run parallel with the Second Conference on the Digital Commons IDLELO 2 on the 23-25 February 2005 at Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi Kenya. The Exhibition of Open Source Technology will be available only to corporate exhibitors and IDLELO partners during the entire period of the conference.
 
Proceeds of the exhibition costs will go towards defraying travel and logistical costs for the invited delegates. Conference Exhibitors will have a chance to address the main plenary of the meeting, in addition exhibitors will get;
 
  • Page for advertisement in the conference program (10.5x21cm or 4.13" x8.22")
  • Company logo on Conference Home page and sponsors page
  • Logo on conference poster
  • Exhibition space (Size Depending on Sponsorship)
  • Mentioning of Company Name in any pre-/post-conference PR/Messaging
Conference Exhibition Cost
 
A total of 350 square metres of exhibition space is available for corporate exhibitors only.
 
Gold Exhibitor: 3 Expo spaces of 50 square metres each available.
 
Silver Exhibitors: 5 Expo spaces of 20 square metres available.
 
Bronze: 10 expo spaces of 10square metres available.
 
(Cost per square metre is EURO 475.00
