No, you do not need to sign anything. But we do have some structure here :-) Namely, we like to track bundled software that includes OOo, and appreciate it if the bundler were to give us as much information as possible. We currently list bundled software on our Development page, but I imagine as we record more that location will change. (See http://development.openoffice.org/.)
