I think this should be corrected with all speed. If Marketing has no
funds then it has its hands tied. Any marketing project must be able to
make marketing decisions that involve spending money.
OOo is about open source; OpenDocument Fellowship is not.
I'm glad that you recognize our neutrality. That neutrality is important
