I agree with Ian, things do not seem to be getting done. Most things are talked about and then someone comes in and starts to put the idea down, so it dies and it is a while before that person comes back with more ideas.
We need to change this and encourage people to get things done. I am guilty of this also, and it has been a while since I looked at the SMP. I am going to do that as soon as I am done writing this. I am also going to look at the To-Do list and see if there is anything there I can get done.
