+1 for B. I'd support B with capslock for "Included." I support it
because it doesn't have the flaws of the others:

- A is too much like 1.x, and gives the impression that 2.0 isn't much
different.

- C and D's curvy lines are too dark, whereas in B the white lines add contrast

- C's "Included" introduces an extra--and unnecessary--colour. Also,
it's too thin.

- D's "Included" is too dark, and makes the whole thing look like a
dark spot with darker lettering. :P
