There are plenty of developer lists, not specifically OS based, but certainly dvp based. Apple is hosting a big bunch of those (may be interesting for the OSX port) Omni as well (OSX related). There are always students or beginning dvpers lurking there, some are very talented persons. I am only aware of Apple lists because I lurk there, but usenet newsgroups could be targets too.
