You can download it from the Internet for free.
Then a burn a CD for every employee to take home and install on their system.
[You can figure out how much that will cost --- I saw a quote of $1
500 for burning 3 000 CDs earlier today on the net.]
And then tell them to burn the CD and giuve it to all of their freinds.
[Those people can pay for the Cds taht they burn, and give away.]
And that their freinds can burn a cd and give it to all of their freinds.
[Those people can also pay for any CDs that they burn.]

Basically, the major expense in using OOo, will be however much it
costs you to burn an adequate number of CD's, for every system to have
OOo installed on it, within a reasonable period of time.

There might be a secondary expense of training the employees how to
use an office suite. [MOUS certification does not meen that they know
how to use an office suite. ]
