It would be useful to have some information about how hard it is to stay
BSA-compliant using MS software. IIRC receipts and billing statements
don't count. Many people who may have legally acquired MS Office may not
be able to fulfill BSA's requirements and risk being forced to re-purchase
MS software because not all the i's are dotted and t's crossed.
