It's a fine suggestion (not sure about mails...) ... but the issue would be a) driving its making, so to speak, and b) cost.
A): means that someone has to make sure this happens: you could be that person. Coordinate with the Art project, as something like this may already exist. It's [email protected]
B): once such a sticker template exists, it would then be up to the consumer to obtain it. One could use, say, cafe express (http:// www.cafexpress.com), Think Geek (www.thinkgeek.com), or local providers.
As to distributing it in the mail: that's pretty expensive. Easier and possibly in the end cheaper to download an image file, walk over to a printing press, and ask them to do it.
