IME's

Indic Transliterator --- which was created for Indus Valley Script input
into OOo. [It has changed names, since it was first released. I don't
remember the new name, except it begins with an "A".]

Thessalonica, which was created for Polytonic Greek Input.

I am not aware of any FLOSS IMEs for CJKV, for Windows.

For translation tools, I was thinking of including a (preferably FLOSS)
equivalently of _Easy Translator"_. [IOW, a stupid machine translation
tool, that does a marginally acceptable job. (A macro that connects up
to BabelFish, would, at least initially, suffice. <Something akin the
various Wiki macros.>)]

However, also listing Professional quality Translation tools would be
good. I _think_ Omega-T has support for ODF.
