And fairly easy to accomplish:
It is possible to make text blocks (autotext) with all kind of data in
in (not only text). That's very easy.
Also you can make different categories with text blocks.
To finish the story, the blocks can be selected with a simple, clear
menu on a toolbar, for examaple at te side of the window.
It is not to difficult to distribute the text blocks with the program.
This could be marketed in several Christian Bookstores as well as
bundled with a mail out to the churches in a specific location. I
understand Open Office is a free download, but you could charge a
minimum price for what would sell in Bookstores.
Well, OOO is free indeed. And it's your freedom to see what is needed as
a price for your product and maybe also what can be done for the
OOo-project.

available with more information.
