That's part and parcel of having used MS in place of technology. ;)

However, I'm not so concerned about FAST's web site, but more by the press coverage, paper letters, phone calls, and sales visits it will be making for its owner in Redmond.

These actions by FAST and the other components of MS' marketing engine make an opportune time to bring up case studies like Portland, which went entirely open source. Or Ernie Ball Guitars, which went entirely open source. There are probably many more that have been quiet in wish to avoid more pressure from MS sales, but might now be willing to be used as case studies.

A concern is that FAST, like BSA, will target shops running competitive software and find a way to get them into special agreements where they run *only* MS software. e.g.:
