Well, the fact is that anyone can legally sell a product called "Open Office", "Open Office Professional", "Open Office Gold" or whatever (except in the Benelux, where "Open Office" is a registered trademark).
They can even put OpenOffice.org in the box if they like. If they claim 100% compatibility with MS Office, it's their own problem if the customers complain.
